Mood boards for Hybrid Project

Focusing on the context of interiors I've created small digital mood boards to present my ideas and work, using images from the internet of kitchens, kitchen accessories and specifically tea towels, I've layered these with my own work and designs and colour scheme to create a board full of my finalized ideas and how and where I'd want my work to be.

Using digital design to create these has made them look so much more professional, clear and neat compared to creating them by hand. My style is more neat and simplistic, digital design enables me to keep my specific style when creating work and mood boards. I feel these designs are more suited to the interior side of design due to the obvious reason that tea pots are mainly situated with tea which is usually made in the kitchen, and plants being quite a homely aspect of someone's garden, these two merged together create a pleasant design that could be seen in someone's kitchen as a tea towel, oven glove, place mats, table cloth, lamp shades and even ceramics like mugs, plates etc.

This mood board is one of my main mood boards being my developemt board, I have looked deeper into the specific product of an interior/kitchen area that I could see my designs and prints on, this board presenting the idea of a drooping lampshade placed above a kitchen breakfast bar or kitchen table, this could look interesting and successful if the rest of the kitchen was fairly plain, simplistic and elegant (like the one in the image above), as this would enable the design to make the room have some energy and a focal point.
