This 'Architecture/Weaving page is the beginning of my Ba1b project, the start of this project states for us to look at two specific buildings, one that was 'constructed pre 1900 and another that has been built in the past 20 years'. My first chosen buildings for my 'pre 1900s' one is The Royal Arcade within Norwich's city centre, built by George Skipper in 1899.

My chosen building that has been built in the past 20 years is the new blocks of flats at Riverside in Norwich, near to the Carrow Road stadium, the riverside area started developing to become more of a social place at the beginning of the 2000s, 'since then, Read's Flour Mill in King Street has been transformed by PJ Livesey into luxury apartments, hundreds of new flats have sprung up at Riverside heights next to Carrow Road'.
